Ande Dunn - CEO, AIC (Admin In Charge), Owner
With a background in business management and marketing and literally growing up in a mortgage company, Ande brings 8+ years of Real Estate specific experience and enthusiasm to the business of running a business. She has a heart for small business and wants to help them thrive with her ability to make them run efficiently and be more effective. Whether your goals are to grow your business, you’re just starting out or somewhere in between, Ande can cater to your specific needs.
When she is not deep into your task list, you will likely find Ande hanging around Tacoma with her family or around Bothell where she is mostly likely hanging out with the CFO at the dog park. She loves true crime podcasts, finding new local gems around her hometown, painting or crafting, and helping out at her family’s business.
Buckeye Jerome - CFO (Chief Fur Officer) & Mascot
Sure not all businesses have a mascot, but not all business owners have a Buckeye. This little spitfire is one of the reasons that Admin A La Carte got its start in 2020 after the pandemic lock down had everyone working from home and wasn’t really happy when Ande went back to work.
He is great at helping, whether walking over the keyboard and sitting right where you need to use the mouse, micromanaging getting right on top of a project mid completion or even napping on the job. Buckeye brings a joy and a punchy personality to the office that we wouldn’t change if we could.
When he is not impatiently waiting on the completion of a project, Buckeye loves to go to the park and hang out with his local pals, get spoiled by his Nana & Papa or visit anyone willing to give his some tummy rubs or a treat.
